Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems for various projects, including data centers, industrial facilities, and municipal water treatment plants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical power systems, control systems, instrumentation, and automation, with a focus on the water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design electrical systems for various projects, including data centers, industrial facilities, and municipal water treatment plants
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design and smooth project execution
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications, datasheets, bills of quantities, and reports for procurement and construction
  • Review vendor documents and provide technical support during procurement and installation
  • Ensure all electrical designs adhere to relevant national and international standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in designing electrical systems, preferably in the water treatment industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
  • Proficiency in electrical design tools such as ETAP and Power Factory
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards
