Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a professional to lead our maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems. As an Electrical and Instrumentation Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance Leadership: You will supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the highest levels of plant operation performance.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment availability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
