Key Role: Senior Manager of Growth and Retention Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth and retention marketing efforts.

Industry: Fintech, Payments, SAAS preferred. This is an exceptional opportunity to own both user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle from performance marketing to retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid campaigns on Google, Meta, UAC, and ASA platforms.
  • Drive app downloads, signups, merchant acquisition, and engagement.
  • Design lifecycle journeys via email, push, in-app communications to boost LTV and reduce churn.
  • Conduct A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication.
  • Monitor and optimize CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS metrics.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO.
  • Strong analytics and experimentation mindset.
  • Fintech/app/payments background is a significant advantage.
