Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic human resources initiatives across our zone.

  • Total Work Experience: 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a zonal or regional HRBP role.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee productivity, retaining top talent, and strengthening employee engagement. They will act as a business enabler by aligning HR practices with sales and distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Productivity Enhancement: Improve employee productivity by 10% across all sales channels; identify and support High Potential (HiPo) talent.

  2. Talent Retention: Retain 60%+ of top 3-rated employees through structured stay interviews and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) analysis.

  3. Employee Engagement: Deepen employee connect via townhalls, branch visits, Executive Overviews (EOs), and AID calls.

  4. HR Operations: Ensure policy adherence and manage HR Business As Usual (BAU) activities including grievances, transfers, and compliance.

  5. Recruitment Effectiveness: Drive >80% hiring closure as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); ensure quality hiring and cost efficiency.

  6. Special Projects: Achieve Employee Satisfaction And Training (ESAT) score ≥80% through targeted engagement initiatives.
