Job Description

A technical program manager is required to oversee the end-to-end management of Automated Clearing House (ACH) initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ACH platform upgrade projects with minimal disruption to payment processing and clearing operations.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.

Additional responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; collaborating with technical teams to support integration, testing, and validation of ACH and check clearing file formats; facilitating communication between participants, bank users, technical teams, and external vendors; conducting impact assessments, preparing project documentation; and tracking project performance and providing regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements
  • Project management expertise with a focus on process improvements.
  • Experience with ACH and check clearing processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
