Project Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • MIS Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management through detailed reports and presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative team environment, develop skills, and optimize resources for successful project delivery.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and troubleshoot installation-related issues promptly.
  • BOM Submission: Submit accurate and timely BOMs to the purchase team.
  • RMS Team Support: Collaborate with RMS teams to resolve critical issues related to DGPD & ZFD selection and configuration.
  • Cost Optimization: Regularly track major costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • WBS Updates: Maintain 100% accuracy in WBS updates within the ERP system.
  • Design Engineering Support: Provide detailed attention to design and engineering support for distributed projects.
  • Design Optimization: Implement design optimization techniques to minimize material costs.
  • Constraint Identification: Identify constraints, detect bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Project Prioritization: Prioritize projects effectively and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct need-based client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination.
  • Team Training: Provide technical and safety training to the team.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP systems.
  • Standards Adherence: Ensure compliance with Electricity Boards, MNRE, IEC, IEEE, BIS standards, etc.
  • Innovation: Introduce new ideas and design software implementation to enhance engineering design value.
