**Technical Project Lead**

This is a high-impact role for an experienced project manager in the banking domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Tech Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • DevOps Adoption: Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Report Generation: Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
