Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Finalization and Planning:

  2. Collaborate with senior management to finalize project plans and define the scope, timeline, and budget.

  3. Develop comprehensive project execution plans that detail each phase, ensuring all requirements are met.

  4. Team Leadership:

  5. Build, manage, and lead a strong execution team focused on the construction side, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

  6. Ensure all team members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities within the project.

  7. Risk and Issue Management:

  8. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

  9. Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and budget overruns.

  10. Construction Management:

  11. Creating Systems and Establishing processes to ensure work is executed according to the project timeline, specifications, budget and quality standards.

  12. Identify potential issues or delays early and devise effective mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

  13. Budget and Cost Management:

  14. Create and manage project budgets and schedule

  15. Approve expenses and ensure all costs align with the established budget.

  16. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  17. Ensure all construction activities comply with Transways Realty's quality standards and relevant legal regulations.

  18. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality, taking corrective action as necessary.

  19. Stakeholder management:

  20. Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular project progress updates.

  21. Address and resolve stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.

  22. Documentation and Reporting:

  23. Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including daily progress reports, quality assessments, and budget analyses.

  24. Present detailed project performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed improvements.
