We are seeking a skilled Anti-Money Laundering professional to join our partner's compliance team in Udaipur. The role involves monitoring, reviewing, and investigating transactions to detect and prevent money laundering and other financial crimes.Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews and investigations in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintain a watchful eye on client transactions and activities to identify suspicious patterns or anomalies.
  3. Perform comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for new and existing clients.
  4. Review alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems and escalate high-risk cases for further analysis.
  5. Ensure accuracy in maintaining and updating records of investigations, risk assessments, and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.
  6. Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) / Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the relevant authorities as needed.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to AML policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  8. Support in developing and maintaining AML policies, risk assessments, and training materials.
  9. Stay up-to-date on emerging AML risks, typologies, and changes in local/global regulations.

  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field (AML certification preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, or Compliance within an investment firm, bank, or financial services company.
