About the Role:

As a Data Management Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team in leading the coordination and delivery of financial crimes compliance issues program.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Compliance, Risk Management or related areas. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, with familiarity with other data management or data visualization tools being a plus.

You will be responsible for identifying responsive issues management data and information, researching and coordinating with stakeholders to provide accurate information, and developing data, analyses, reports, and presentation materials.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the advancement and integration of core program objectives across the Americas Issues Management Department.

The successful candidate will have excellent data processing and communication skills, and be able to develop subject matter expertise regarding Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures.

  • Familiarize yourself with financial crimes compliance framework, including roles of Internal Audit and Compliance Testing.
  • Develop understanding of global Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) regulatory regimes.
  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders to drive implementation of end-to-end GFCD Issues Management processes and procedures.
