We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team.

As a Senior Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by developing in-depth customer and market insights. You will analyze competition offerings versus our own and formulate strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and coverage.
  • Communicate product quality to clients, trade partners, and influencers through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Convince channel partners to invest in and maintain inventory levels of our products.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with market trends and competitors.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment for desired ROI by allocating talent, time, and promotion efficiently.
  • Meet revenue growth targets by keeping us competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Highly energetic, motivated, confident, with excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Ability to understand the market and convert products into business opportunities.
  • Strong customer centricity, critical thinking, and planning & organizing skills.

Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management is preferred.
