Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive HR plans aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Design initiatives to foster a collaborative culture, promote employee growth, and enhance organizational agility.
  • HR Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements, minimizing risks and liabilities.
  • Organizational Design and Talent Strategy: Provide strategic guidance to founders and leadership teams on organization design, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Training and Development: Support upskilling programs to equip employees with the necessary skills for success.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Handle grievances, conflicts, and relations between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Payroll Coordination and HRMS: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR system implementation.
  • Strategic Insights: Offer data-driven insights to inform business decisions, drive scalability, and maintain organizational agility.
