Enhancing Patient Experience

We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance the value of services provided by making patients and their attendants feel comfortable and familiar with the hospital.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regularly meet with admitted patients, enquire about their problems/complaints, and ensure their care is satisfactory.
  2. Collect feedback from all patients in prescribed feedback forms and collate the feedback into a Management Information System (MIS) for sharing with top management on a periodic basis.
  3. Oversee the timely resolution of patient grievances/complaints.
  4. Liaise with department heads and floor managers upon receiving a complaint, and report it to the Facility Director.
  5. Prepare and circulate a list of VIP patients regularly to top management.
  6. Record patient feedback in the General Record Module during discharge meetings.
