Job Role: Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of selecting and applying for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective clients and provide detailed information about available courses.
  • Advise clients on course selection and the application process.
  • Maintain records of daily interactions and follow-ups.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.
