Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading recruitment processes, full-cycle recruitment, and onboarding.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and offering employment packages and contracts.
  • Attracting diverse talent through online recruiting websites, social media, career fairs, and engagement with professional agents.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and seamless integration into the organization.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Accurate payroll processing, timely and correct distribution of paychecks.
  • Calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, travel insurance, and statutory benefits.
  • Benchmarking and recommending adjustments to the company's benefits and compensation structures against industry standards.

Learning & Development/ Performance Management:

  • Developing employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Managing the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers to set goals, provide feedback, and conduct rating and calibration.

HRIS Administration:

  • Maintaining accurate attendance records, leave, and work hours.
  • Updating HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legal requirements and best practices.
  • Day-to-Day HR Functions: Responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Overseeing the company's HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data and records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
