Job Title: Floor Plan Designer

Job Overview:

Cvent is seeking a talented designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design and attention to detail to work with the Cvent Social Tables tool.

This role involves implementing accurate and visually appealing floor plans based on client specifications using the Cvent CMS platform. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interpret client needs via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Floor Plan Design & Layout Creation: Draft and trace client-provided floor plans using the Cvent Social Tables CMS tool.
  • Requirement Analysis: Understand and conceptualize client requirements from various communication formats such as emails, calls (verbal/recorded), and project briefs.
  • Project Execution: Complete all assigned projects within defined turnaround times. Prioritize tasks based on business needs and keep project coordinators updated.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and alignment of designs with received instructions for optimal client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: 1–7 years of relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with 3D software is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with any 3D editor tool is required.
  • Experience with Blender is preferred.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
