Our organization is seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development Strategist to drive revenue growth, expand global market reach, and enhance our sales capabilities.

Job Overview

This role requires a seasoned consultant who can analyze our sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective strategies to accelerate deal closures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing qualification frameworks, structuring service offerings, and training sales teams on best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of our current sales processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach key decision makers, including CXOs, VPs, and procurement heads.
  • Design qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.) for consistent pipeline management and lead qualification.
  • Structure and package service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals to facilitate faster sign-offs.
  • Train internal sales and account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up techniques.
  • Support international expansion by developing tailored messaging for US/EU markets versus Indian markets.
  • Build case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks to support sales efforts.
  • Advise on CRM discipline (HubSpot/Zoho) and automation of follow-ups to streamline sales operations.
  • Provide mentorship on sales cadence, negotiation, and closing techniques to enhance team performance.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
