Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. As a Client Engagement Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs, communicating the value proposition of our services, and fostering long-term relationships.
This role involves:
- Managing inbound client inquiries via calls, emails, and website interactions
- Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions
- Qualifying leads, preparing customized proposals, and following up to drive conversions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned with client needs
- Maintaining accurate client records and sales pipeline updates
- Building and nurturing relationships to foster repeat business and long-term engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
