Our organization seeks a highly skilled Account Operations Specialist to oversee the management of client accounts and back-office operations.

About the Role:
  • This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client transactions, reconciliations, and trade settlements.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client ledgers, tracking deposits, withdrawals, and trading margins.
  • Reconcile daily balances to ensure accuracy in client accounts.
  • Reconcile executed trades with exchange and back-office systems.
  • Calculate and record brokerage, fees, and other trade-related charges.
  • Generate detailed Profit & Loss reports for clients and provide charge breakdowns.
  • Deduct and record applicable taxes, ensuring accurate reporting to authorities.
  • Assist clients with capital gains accounting and generate tax-related reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account operations or related field.
