About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional training experiences that exceed client expectations.

  • Oversee instructor relationships, acting as a liaison between trainers and our organization.
  • Maximize revenue delivery and minimize any potential losses.
  • Adhere to and improve upon existing processes, contributing to ongoing organizational improvements.
  • Drive high-quality feedback scores for personal performance and our overall service.
  • Proactively address and resolve student issues during and after classes.
  • Maintain clear, transparent, and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Engage actively with instructors, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship, and providing regular performance feedback.
  • Keep instructor profiles updated in the portal, ensuring 100% accuracy for all active trainers.
  • Minimize class cancellations by effectively managing trainer availability and contingencies.
  • Distribute and review 100% of class evaluations with instructors to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Proactively source and onboard trainers for new capabilities and backup for current courses, ensuring readiness and compliance with our standards.
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding of new trainers, ensuring they meet or exceed minimum standards for teaching.
  • Address and resolve all Training Delivery Reports efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training management within a dynamic IT environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Deep understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and the IT training industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with online training platforms and remote learning tools.
