  • Develop growth strategies across digital channels, including websites, SEO, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Design and implement systems that scale demand generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams on high-priority projects across brands
  • Proactively identify emerging trends and strategies that give us a competitive edge
  • Build, optimize, and deploy AI-powered workflows to accelerate content, testing, and insights
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive connection and momentum by creating trust, relevance, and excitement among the audience
  • Think in systems, understanding how content, SEO, outreach, automation, and UX fit together into scalable workflows
  • Build fast, learn faster by quickly testing, analyzing feedback, and iterating to stay ahead of the curve
  • Use AI and automation instinctively, leveraging agents and tools to handle manual tasks and freeing up time for creativity and strategy
  • Operate like a solo marketer with a swarm of agents, understanding the power of automation and AI to compete at scale with minimal headcount
  • Bring energy and precision by dialing up a brand's presence without losing focus on results
  • Work like an AI-native, shaping tools and blending human insight with machine scale through prompt engineering
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital marketing roles where you owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO
  • A track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively
  • Strong business acumen: making decisions that align with growth, profitability, and lead quality
  • Proven ability to use AI and automation tools to deliver measurable outcomes such as reducing manual workload, increasing content output, or improving lead conversion rates
  • Deep curiosity and initiative, bringing ideas and trying new approaches
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward forward motion
  • Familiarity with programmatic content, digital PR, scalable local SEO strategies, and automated outreach
