HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to streamline and manage core HR processes. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, compliance, payroll coordination, and daily HR support functions to ensure smooth employee experience and process integrity.

About the Role

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle management, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers
  2. Maintain up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations
  3. Coordinate monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing
  4. Draft and disseminate HR-related documents, such as offer letters and experience certificates
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations
  6. Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and conflict resolution
  7. Provide timely and professional responses to HR-related queries from employees
  8. Prepare regular HR reports for management review

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or recruitment roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, documentation, and compliance
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, Excel, and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
