We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to fill a key role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  2. Manage employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Contribute to employee onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and HR databases.
  5. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to drive business success.
  6. Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees, focusing on skill enhancement and career growth.
  7. Collaborate with management to implement performance management processes and conduct employee evaluations.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding HR-related queries.
  9. Participate in enhancing employee engagement through various activities and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
