Key Position: Fundraising Leader

The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's fundraising efforts, developing a comprehensive strategy to deliver predictable funding and strengthen our brand as a thought leader.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a multi-year fundraising plan with quantifiable targets by segment and program.
  • Oversight of the entire donor lifecycle, encompassing research, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal/upgrade.
  • Designation of long-term giving vehicles, including cornerstone gifts, challenge funds, catalytic grants, cause marketing initiatives, events, and peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • Presentation of the organization with credibility, securing strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Essential Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, with fundraising certifications highly advantageous.
  • 8-10+ years of direct fundraising experience, accompanied by a proven track record of major-gifts and institutional fundraising.
  • Experience in launching or scaling new initiatives, particularly in education, skill development, and community empowerment.

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
