We're seeking a Product Engineer who will bridge the gap between engineering and product teams, taking ownership of features from conception to launch.

  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product requirements, deeply understanding product vision, business logic, and end-user needs.
  • Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  • Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.
  • Instill feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination, strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.), and experience with API development, integration, and database management.

They should also have product thinking with a strong mindset for user experience and business value, excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration, and experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).
