About the Role">

As a software engineering leader, you will provide project management and leadership on medium to large scale products with internal and direct customer impact. Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day management of the engineering team ensuring technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.

You will be great at:

  • Delivering assigned projects to time, budget, and agreed quality standards by leading teams and applying best-practices that ensure world-class solutions are maintainable, modular, and of high code-quality
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure effective launch and delivery of projects to satisfy business needs by building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Driving innovation and taking ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSP by leveraging your experience and expertise in content management, web development, agile development & global delivery

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery by maintaining project management documentation including but not limited to project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards, and project sites
  • Facilitating regular steering committee meetings and presenting to senior-level management to drive strategic decision-making and progress updates
