About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to spearhead our team's technical endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor software development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure that software development follows established coding standards, branching strategies, and project delivery timelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous skill development within the team.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and propose suitable solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in project estimation, planning, and risk management activities to ensure successful software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior/lead role.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design, OOP principles, asynchronous programming, and exception handling.
  • Familiarity with Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, ANT Design, ng-zorro, ABP Framework, Bootstrap, Typesense (preferred).
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, EKS, Lambda, SQS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
