Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Leader to spearhead our software development teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products on time while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. They should be able to architect scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within tight timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product management, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain platform uptime.
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Define, deploy, and improve SDLC processes in coordination with product and QA teams.
  • Foster open communication and transparency across teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software product/platform development, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java) with prior experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing or implementing AI solutions within live projects is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in using AI tools for coding, code refactoring, unit testing, automated testing, and documentation is preferred.
  • Excellent grasp of software engineering processes, DevOps, and experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong people management skills.
  • Experience in product-based companies with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and strategy is mandatory.
  • Proven delivery capabilities in high-volume SaaS platforms.
  • A background in startups or high-growth scaling environments is essential, along with the ability to adapt in dynamic settings.
