Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Our company is always looking for talented individuals to join our growing team. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our application.
About The RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, and a proven ability to be an independent contributor who can unblock themselves and peers.
You will use tools such as Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Postman, TestNG, and Cucumber to automate tests and ensure product reliability.
As a Senior SDET, you will mentor junior team members, ensure best practices in testing, and collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests for both UI and backend, developing and enhancing automation frameworks, writing and maintaining test cases that cover functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
In addition, you will write automated API tests using RestAssured and Postman, create data-driven tests, and automate API validation against different environments.
Agile and continuous integration are also key components of this role, requiring you to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensure tests are executed as part of the build and deployment processes, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Exceptional technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and resolve them independently, are essential for success in this position.
Other requirements include experience with performance testing tools, knowledge of mobile test automation tools, familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and services, and required experience of 5 to 8 years.
