Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

Our client seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of mission-critical applications through automated test solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain automated tests for UI, API, integration, and performance testing.
- Enhance and expand the existing test automation framework using Python and Selenium.
- Analyze requirements and build comprehensive test scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze outcomes.
- Continuously improve the automation strategy and processes.
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Python.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Working knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews.
- Collaborative approach in cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
- Understanding of backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile lifecycle test planning.
