Senior Research Scientist Opportunity

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced researcher to lead a team of scientists in delivering innovative solutions for the development of new chemical entities.

About the Role:

  • This position will involve developing safe, sustainable, robust, and cost-efficient processes for the synthesis of complex molecules.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans for implementing purification and separation capabilities at external partners.
  • This opportunity also involves building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring accurate documentation of experimental work, and presenting results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Additional responsibilities include coordinating work with other functions, such as Process Safety, Engineering, and Analytical departments, to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in process chemistry research and development.
  • Alternatively, a PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related field, accompanied by 6 years of experience in process chemistry research and development.
