Training and Development Leader

As a seasoned Learning and Development professional, you will lead our organization's training initiatives to enhance staff capabilities and drive business results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis
    • Conduct thorough assessments of training needs across departments to identify skills gaps and future capability requirements
    • Develop annual L&D plans aligned with organizational strategy
  • Program Design & Development
    • Create engaging training modules for technical, soft skills, and ministry-related competencies
    • Customize onboarding programs for new hires
    • Develop leadership and succession planning programs that foster growth and development
  • Training Delivery
    • Facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and retention
    • Collaborate with internal trainers, ministry leaders, and external experts to develop high-quality training content
    • Monitor consistency, empathy, and spiritual depth in all training interactions
  • Evaluation & Impact Measurement
    • Design and implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and impact
    • Track ROI of L&D initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Learning Systems & Resources
    • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning resources to ensure seamless delivery and accessibility
    • Maintain an updated library of training materials and e-learning content that aligns with organizational goals
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and stakeholders to address skill gaps and support career development initiatives
    • Partner with cultural transformation, employee engagement, and career development teams to drive strategic objectives
