About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Partnerships Associate to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in building brand awareness, driving patient engagement, and fostering strategic partnerships to propel our digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive growth across targeted channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, clinical) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and patient needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Wundrsight Health remains at the forefront of healthcare marketing.
- Content & Storytelling
- Create compelling patient journey content (e.g., blog posts, web copy, social media content) that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and produce short video testimonials showcasing the impact of Wundrsight Health's digital therapeutics.
- Partnership Development & Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other relevant partners to support co-marketing initiatives.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with Wundrsight Health's business goals and patient needs.
- Event Management & Engagement
- Organize and manage events, workshops, and webinars to engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and the broader community.
- Develop strategies to increase patient and healthcare professional engagement with Wundrsight Health products.
- Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and measure the success of partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, community management, psychology, or sales.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field (Master's Degree a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Creative thinking approach with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly Preferred Skills
- Background in psychology or an allied discipline.
- Experience with digital marketing (SEO, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Prior experience in the mental health, hospital, or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
