We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee front office operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing staff and coordinating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations to ensure high level of customer service.
- Supervise and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierges.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a front office management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
