About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hostess to join our team in India. As a Hostess, you will play a key role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our venue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the venue, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, maximizing table turnover and minimizing wait times.
  • Provide accurate information about menu items and specials, helping guests make informed dining decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the reception desk, waiting area, and restrooms.
  • Assist in managing guest flow and wait times effectively, ensuring that guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, remaining calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems and POS software, with a basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
