Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Affordable Housing Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring affordable housing deals and applying for funding to various governmental sources.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for affordable housing projects
  • Preparing and submitting funding applications to government agencies and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking documents related to project development and financing

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the affordable housing sector.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in business, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, underwriting, financial modeling, or financial research
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of initiative, responsibility, diligence, and professionalism

The ideal candidate will have a background in financial analysis, project/infrastructure finance, credit analysis, valuation, balance sheet analysis, and/or degrees from US-based colleges and/or work experience in the US.
