Regional Cybersecurity Leader

This role oversees the cybersecurity of one or multiple countries, referred to as a 'Region.'

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity within the Region.
  • Manage and oversee Sites Cybersecurity Officers, ensuring effective deployment of Group standards, rules, and best practices.
  • Implement and deploy the Valeo ISSP (Information Systems Security Policy) across the Region, assessing and enhancing the level of cybersecurity across different sites.
Key Accountabilities
  • Communicate effectively with Sites Cybersecurity Officers, relaying critical information on cybersecurity actions.
  • Disseminate Group standards, rules, and best practices to Sites Cybersecurity Officers, promoting uniformity and consistency.
  • Manage and implement action plans related to cybersecurity within the Region, driving progress and improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in external security assessments and represent the interests of the Group CISO.
  • Develop expertise in managing Sites Cybersecurity Officers and their training needs.
  • Establish improvement plans with Sites Cybersecurity Officers, fostering growth and development.
Contribution to Cybersecurity Evolution
  • Collaborate in evolving the Valeo ISSP and contributing to Group-wide cybersecurity programs.
  • Promote initiatives to enhance cybersecurity within the Region, refining Group standards, rules, and best practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of working in an international company with multicultural environments.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience linked to recognized cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS…)
