Seeking an experienced embedded engineering cybersecurity specialist to join our team in industrial automation.

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity expert with expertise in architecting, designing and threat model mentoring. You will work closely with the runtime team to ensure each release of the runtime SDK is developed according to secure development lifecycle (SDL), meeting internal and external cybersecurity standards, regulatory compliance and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the runtime cybersecurity advisor/coach to develop secure software.
  • Provide cybersecurity guidance through threat modeling and code review.
  • Evaluate, track and resolve product and runtime cybersecurity issues and technical debt in 3rd party packages.
  • Manage tools for static and dynamic code analysis and software composition analysis.
  • Ensure qualimetry data is current and accessible for use by management.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (BS in Electrical, Computer Science, Robotics or related discipline)
  • 8-12 years' experience in code development for multitask embedded systems running in Linux, VxWorks/RTOS and Windows
  • Seasoned programming skills with object-oriented design (C/C++) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity issues common to C/C++ and IEC 62443-4-2
  • Familiarity with open-source software (OSS), Git, GitHub, Debian GNU/Linux and Ubuntu
  • Familiarity with software composition analysis, static code analysis and fuzz testing
