We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding and technical enablement of enterprise customers across multiple cybersecurity platforms. You will play a critical role in helping customers integrate these solutions into their environments and derive maximum value aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers on multiple cybersecurity products, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption.
  • Conduct kickoff sessions, product walkthroughs, and configuration workshops tailored to customer needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation phase.
  • Align solution deployment/configuration/optimisation with customer business goals, security policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring long-term retention and success.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity agents, sensors, connectors, and APIs across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, supporting secure integration with cloud platforms and containerized systems.
  • Provide expertise in asset discovery, patch deployment, vulnerability scanning, and policy configuration, helping customers maximise the value of their cybersecurity investments.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation phase, ensuring successful adoption and long-term retention, and educating and guiding customers on platform capabilities, security use cases, and best practices.
  • Design and manage onboarding plans, training sessions, and success criteria tracking, partnering with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and shape future enhancements.
  • Collect feedback to inform product development and improve onboarding frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., onboarding, professional services, customer success, pre-sales, or support), with hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, including working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
