As a Home Improvement Category Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to anticipate customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop business roadmaps for your category, setting goals and objectives, creating business cases, and executing key initiatives
  • Partner with brands, sellers, and other stakeholders to drive traffic conversion, relevant promotion constructs, and top-notch customer experiences
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and groups, as well as external partners and vendors
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business growth
