We are a strategic Public Policy team that plays a vital role in navigating India's regulatory landscape and ensuring alignment with business objectives within the country's policy framework.

Your Role

  • Provide leadership and guidance on policy strategies that align with business goals, fostering a collaborative environment with senior stakeholders.
  • Represent our interests with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders at local, state, and national levels.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and challenges that may impact our business.
  • Offer insightful recommendations to senior leadership on key policy matters, ensuring proactive decision-making and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address critical legislative, regulatory, and public policy proposals, providing expert advice to senior leaders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in policy-related matters, offering both tactical and strategic advice to senior leadership and contributing to informed business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regulatory, industry, and business networks, facilitating collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Engage actively with industry associations and forums to advocate for priorities and contribute to shaping relevant policy frameworks, influencing policy development and regulatory outcomes.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in public policy and regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on the Indian market and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • A robust network of stakeholders, including senior leaders, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact at the highest levels and drive business outcomes.
  • An in-depth understanding of the policy climate in India, combined with sound business judgment, common sense, and an informed global perspective.
  • An ability to anticipate emerging issues of importance to our business, communicate their impact to management, and develop effective strategies to address them.
  • Ability to identify and understand key technical aspects pertaining to corporate operations in legislative and regulatory proposals, synthesize policy documents for internal and external customers, and provide expert insights to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and manage complex stakeholder relationships, driving business success and growth.
