Windows Infrastructure and IT Operations Specialist">

We are seeking an experienced Windows infrastructure and IT operations specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting applications within Windows-based SaaS production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality production support and client issue resolution.
  • Deploy applications using both manual and automated methods across various environments.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deliver robust hardware/software environments.
  • Monitor and maintain production applications and environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Document and update installation and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement.
  • Participate in deployment and configuration management activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
  • Support legacy-to-cloud application migration efforts, leveraging expertise in Windows infrastructure and IT operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with proven expertise in supporting applications within Windows-based SaaS production environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting applications in multi-tenant SaaS production environments.
  • Deep understanding of Windows infrastructure and IT operations.
  • Strong grasp of Windows Active Directory, Domain Services, and Windows Security protocols.
  • Proficient in PowerShell and Batch scripting, capable of automating processes and developing one-click onboarding solutions.
  • Experience deploying applications in production environments, skilled in setting up and monitoring batch jobs with customization via scripting.
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in production, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) are a plus.
