**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to drive the implementation of our site-wide master plan for IMFL packaging hall and departmental level. The successful candidate will lead change management processes, coordinate departments, and implement MMS practices to meet broad plans.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the site ManEx master plan implementation for IMFL packaging hall & departmental level.
  • Set objectives and priorities and lead change management processes as part of the site leadership team.
  • Coordinate all departments to work together in ManEx deployment, ensuring alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain.
  • Implement MMS practices to meet broad plans, leading and supporting all departments.
  • Cultivate manager expertise to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through ManEx practices.
  • Provide managerial leadership to develop teams against role capabilities, ensuring effective implementation of ManEx training & development programs.
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects using DMAIC methodology, developing specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
  • Engage with daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.
  • Practice maturity assessments - develop & implement a practice maturity improvement ManEx strategy for the site and conduct regular assessments.
  • Communicate progress and momentum of the ManEx journey through regular updates and support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong experience in implementing change management processes and driving site-wide master plan implementations.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills to work across departments.
  • Ability to implement MMS practices and develop manager expertise.
  • Familiarity with DMAIC methodology and ability to lead improvement projects.
  • Expert analytical and communication skills.
