
Senior Business Growth Strategist

This role involves developing and executing business strategies to drive growth in the defense and aerospace sectors.
- Identify, evaluate, and track new business opportunities in these sectors.
- Develop strategic plans for market penetration in key defense verticals, including land systems, naval, aerospace, electronics, etc.
- Market Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, track tenders, RFPs, and defense procurement pipelines from MoD, DRDO, DPSUs, and other agencies.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, defense OEMs, PSUs, and system integrators.
- Bid Management & Proposal Development: Lead end-to-end bid management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop techno-commercial proposals, and ensure compliance with defense procurement norms.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Defense Studies, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, or International Business preferred.
- Defense background (retired armed forces personnel with BD experience) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indian defense procurement systems.
- Excellent relationship-building and client engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking and solution-oriented sales approach.
