Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Support Associate to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences while driving growth through user insights and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options.
  • Gather valuable insights from users on their experience, identifying areas needing improvement.
  • Share actionable user feedback with internal teams to inform product enhancements and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed.
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services.
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team.
