Last Mile Delivery Operations Manager

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing last mile operations within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes. This role involves managing a team of delivery professionals, leading them to meet performance standards while resolving conflicts and providing continuous feedback.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage end-to-end last mile delivery operations, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of delivery professionals, ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Cash Handling: Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong route knowledge within the city and nearby areas is essential.
