Logistics Manager Job Opportunity

This role offers a chance to excel in last mile delivery operations, leading teams and driving cash handling processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery operations within the hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.
  • Manage a team of delivery bikers, focusing on performance standards and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor cash handling operations, including daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.
  • Track key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of logistics experience with a focus on last-mile delivery operations or 4-5 years in senior logistics roles.
  • Prior experience managing bikers and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of city and nearby area routes.
  • Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics.
