Purchasing Manager Job Description:

As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sound purchasing policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.

  • Monitor suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards through rigorous purchasing specifications.
  • Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and select the most suitable products based on price and quality.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to deliver high-quality products and services at reduced costs.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers to secure preferred pricing and improve efficiency in the procurement process.
  • Coordinate the receipt and inspection of goods and materials received from suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, payments, and inventory levels, providing valuable insights for future decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency within the purchasing function.

Key Responsibilities:

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for:

Requirements:
