This role will be responsible for creating user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation using MadCap Flare.

The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write documents concisely and clearly.

A strong understanding of Agile software development is also essential for this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a technical author in an IT firm
  • Experience with MadCap Flare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write documents concisely and clearly
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development
  • Ability to analyze and estimate documentation projects accurately

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field is required for this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
