About Ascenturi Appointment Setter Role

We're building a brand-new appointment setting team in the life and health insurance industry. If you enjoy speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents, this could be an ideal opportunity.

About the Opportunity

This remote appointment setter position involves making 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM. You'll follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to warm leads using our CRM.
  • Following a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Inputting detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly booking goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
